JOB OBJECTIVE
- Ensure all the company’s facilities are in good condition and well maintained.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and carry out overall plant maintenance and housekeeping.
- Ensure all facility equipment and machines are well maintained as per procedures.
- Establish a systematic Preventive Maintenance program and procedures for implementation with the ISO requirement.
- Minimize equipment downtime.
- Coordinate and supervise contractor work on maintaining, servicing, housekeeping and constructions work in the premises.
- Ensure all contractors follow the safe work practice.
- Ensure the company complies with all local authority rules & regulations such as BOMBA, JKKP, MBPP, Tenaga Nasional and Safety and Health (DOSH) Department.
- Ensure all equipment installations including schedule wastes disposals are according to the local authority Environmental Act.
- Keeps fire equipment, alarms, switches, and sensors in good working condition.
- To carry out the duties as a committee member for OSH and ERT.
- Carry out project as assigned by the company from time to time.
- Collect data of cleanroom environment and maintain condition according to specification
- Provide weekly and monthly report of cleanroom performance.
- Create and maintain Standard Operation Procedure.
- Attend internal and external audit.
- Perform daily checking of facility environment and equipment.
- Responsible for scheduled waste and normal waste disposal. Update waste data in DOE system.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in electrical or electronic engineering.
- Passes minimum of Chargeman AO certificate conducted by Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience preferably in electrical field.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in medical device cleanroom environment maintenance.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in HVAC, Air Compressor, DI Water System equipment.
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical equipment.
- Able to perform general facility and utility repairs
- Able to handle projects independently.
