Responsibilities:
- Design electronic circuit, schematic and board layout of Photonics and Electronics ATE System for Camera Sensor, Power Amplifier, MOSFET, IGBT and RF products.
- Provide documentation of design, prototype, validation and implementation of assigned project.
- Responsible for transfer of customer requirement into schematic, layout and final test board meeting quality for test.
- Perform system setup and testing to ensure system is meeting customer specification.
- Manage supply chain for electronic component, equipment, system design and fabrication.
- Perform evaluation, research, experiment, prototyping, proof of concept and data analysis to determine cause effect of issue and to provide solution.
- Responsible for overall project, design, development, buyoff and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience in PCB design software such as Altium, Cadence, Kicad or equivalent.
- Proficiency with simulation tools such as Cadence SI, P-SPICE or equivalent.
- Strong in verbal and written communication skill.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional technical teams.
- Experience in testing and debugging boards with lab equipment such as oscilloscope, DMM, function generator etc.
- 1-3 years of working experience in related field.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Motivated, strong learning ability and with positive attitude.
- Applicant must be willing to work in Penang and travel on assignment.
